The following two items β MUST BE COMPLETED to meet Woodland's expectations of Transitioning a child from one classroom/space to another. This is located in Playground under tables.
Locating classroom internal transition.
- π The Woodlands Child Classroom Transition Report: this is to be mainly completed at the end of the year when children are transitioning form one room to another, not for children going of to school. If children are needing to transition throughout the year then this form will also need to be completed.

π¬ Classroom Transition Processes:
Classroom Transition Process to Notify Parents About Room Changes and Transitions:
The Woodlands Child Classroom Transition form must be completed to inform parents and guardians of their Child's transition from their current Woodlands Classroom to their new Classroom. Once this form is submitted, it will automatically notify the parents and provide relevant information about how the transition works, including educational information and the ability to book a meeting to speak about their child's transition.
