- ๐ป Sign in to myGov and go to Centrelink.
- ๐ Select Payment and Claims from the menu, then Claims, then Make a Claim.
- ๐ฉโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Under Families, select Get Started.
- ๐ Select Family Assistance Payments
- ๐ฌ Answer all the questions. Each screen has information to help you complete the claim. This includes how to submit your supporting documents.

Centrelink Families Support Line: if you are finding the following steps difficult, you can call Centrelink 136 150 for support.
Please Note: Centrelink withhold 5% from the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) payments to Woodlands as this acts as a buffer/holding amount in case you owe Centrelink funds at the end of the Financial Tax Year. When you complete your Tax return Centrelink will pay the remainder of the funds directly to you.
