      1. Login into Xplor Office
      2. Select Coms Centre
      3. Top Right Select New > Post
      4. Insert Title  
      5. Insert Text 
      6. Under Options > Select Email
      7. Under Commenting > Select Disable
      8. Add All Contacts
      9. Top Right > Select Publish
