Instructions to view the Woodlands Financial Balance using the Xplor Home App.
1) Open the Xplor Home App
2) Select Account
3) Select Finance
4) Here you will be able to see the current balance
5) Tap the Card to view a breakdown of transactions

The Current Balance displayed is live and is the amount that will be Direct Debited on Thursday (Weekly).

- Woodlands recommends checking the balance via the Xplor Home App every week before Thursday to ensure your Child Care Subsidy has not been cancelled by Centrelink - Services Australia.
- We want to remind you it's your responsibility to ensure your Child Care Subsidy remains active. Woodlands Long Day Care & Kindergarten will not be notified if your Child Care Subsidy is cancelled by Centrelink - Services Australia which will result in Full Fees required to be paid.
