Dear Woodland Families,
We are sincerely grateful you have entrusted us to be part of your childβs early learning journey and to lay the foundations to set them up to thrive and succeed in the future. We would like to inform all Woodland families that from (INSERT DATE OF FEE INCREASE WHICH WILL TAKE EFFECT) the Woodlands Long Day Care & Kindergarten Daily Fee will increase from (Current Fee: INSERT FEE) to (New Fee: INSERT NEW FEE) Per Day.
Please Note: All fees are subsidized by Centrelink via the CCS (Child Care Subsidy) scheme and the new Woodlands Daily Fee will automatically calculate your family's CCS (Child Care Subsidy) Benefits, which include the Percentage and Hours.
Woodlands Fee Notification Policy
In line with Woodland Long Day Care & Kindergarten Policy, we are to ensure all families have been notified and provided communications at least 4 weeks prior to any Fee Increases, This notification has been provided earlier to demonstrate our commitment to maintaining complete transparency of our educational services and fees.

As a result, Woodlandβs continues to offer great education which is affordable with no additional administration fees for families known commonly as (booking fees, enrolment fees, re-enrolment fees, casual fees, or sign up fees)

1) When do I start to pay for my new daily fees?
Families will start to pay the new Daily Fee on the week of the (INSERT DATE) based on Woodland accounts being two weeks in advance, as two weeks from the date (INSERT DATE) is (INSERT DATE)
2) How do I check my

- Child care subsidy percentage/hours,
- New daily or weekly fee
Relevant from (INSERT DATE) for the new fee
(Please Note: you can only check the new daily/weekly fee on the date of (INSERT DATE) as our accounts are projected two weeks in advance and will show the new fees as of (INSERT DATE).
