Woodlands Staff Discount

What is the Staff Discount?

• You can get a discount on your childcare fees when your child attends a Woodlands centre.
• You can get up to 95% off the part of the fee you normally pay. This is called the "gap fee" - the amount left after the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) from the government is applied, or the full fee if you do not qualify for CCS.

How it Works - The Important Rule:

• Woodlands needs to receive at least half (50%) of the total daily fee for your child's place.
• This 50% can come from the government (CCS) plus the amount you pay after your discount.

What This Means For Your Discount:

• You will get the full 95% discount on your gap fee if the CCS payment plus your small payment adds up to 50% (or more) of the total daily fee.
• If the government CCS payment is lower than 50%, your discount will be less than 95%. This is to make sure that the amount Woodlands receives (CCS + your payment) reaches the minimum 50% of the total daily fee.

  • You get a great discount on your childcare fees!
