Guide to the second interview of the candidate with the Campus Leadership Team.
Approximate Duration: 30 mins to 1 hour
The right cultural fit is a significant factor in the success and contribution of the employees we invite to join our team. At Woodlands we want to ensure new employees succeed within our organisation regardless of ability, qualifications, experience and role titles. This candidate has been deemed a suitable fit by our recruitment team and we have invited them to meet with your leadership team to further assess their suitability as a cultural fit for your Campus.
We have compiled a list of interview questions that will help you assess whether the candidate is a good match with your workplace culture and environment for educators. You will need to pick the questions that best fit the characteristics that you seek to find in a new employee based on your Campus environment.

Showcase your Campus! Showcase your team culture!
As much as we interview candidates, the right candidate will also be interviewing you and your Campus. This does not have to be a comprehensive show-through as this will happen with the onboarding process. Show them through the childrenβs rooms and briefly introduce them to the immediate team they will be working with - the educators can also provide feedback too.
