1. Login into Xplor Office
2. Select Coms Centre
3. Top Right Select New > Post
4. Insert Title (Woodlands Long Day Care & Kindergarten Menu - INSERT MONDAY WEEK DATE) 
5. Insert Text (Optional) 
6. Select Attachments - Upload Woodlands Long Day Care & Kindergarten Menu Template
7. Under Options > Select Email
8. Under Commenting > Select Disable
9. Add All Contacts
10. Top Right > Select Publish

Option 2) - Xplor Playground

1. Login into Xplor Playground
2. Select a Rooms
3. Login with Educator Pin
4. Select Learning Icon at the bottom of the screen
5. Select the +Plus 
6. Select Observations
7. Attach The Menu Photo
8. Insert Title (Woodlands Long Day Care & Kindergarten Menu - INSERT MONDAY WEEK DATE)
9. Select Tag Children > Select All 
10. Top Right Select Publish
