Woodlands Recruitment - Candidate Process

1️⃣ Stage One - Candidate Information Received 

Please Note: No employee is to commence work until a completed contract has been returned to the Woodlands Recruitment Team. We will aim to push candidates through to the final stage as much as possible, but this is also dependent on the candidate themselves.

 

2️⃣ Stage Two - Candidate Assessed & Invited to Interview

Who is responsible?

  • Recruitment team

What happens?

  • The Woodlands Recruitment Team assesses the suitability of candidates. Method of screening dependent on role and number of candidates, i.e. phone screening or just resume screening

Next stage?

  • Not suitable - move to unsuccessful
  • Suitable - candidate invited to interview via:
    • Phone
    • Zoom
    • In-person

 

3️⃣ Stage Three - Interview

Who is responsible?

  • Recruitment Team

What happens?

  • Woodlands Recruitment Team to initially interview all candidates
  • The candidate receives a text/email asking to book at a convenient time
  • Most interviews will be conducted via Zoom currently

Next stage?

  • The candidate moved to the next step:
    • Compliance docs requested
    • Not successful

 

4️⃣ Stage Four - Campus Leadership Team Meet

Who is responsible?

  • Campus Leadership Team

What happens?

  • Campus leader to access Woodlands Campus Guide for Candidate Interviews
  • Choose from a list of cultural fit questions
  • Show-through of campus

At this stage, the recruitment team has already interviewed the candidate. There may be instances where there are multiple desirable candidates for a role, or the recruiter requires further feedback to make a decision

  • Candidate moved to the next step:
    • Compliance docs requested
    • Not successful

 

5️⃣ Stage Five - Compliance Documents

Who is responsible?

  • Recruitment Team

What happens?

  • Candidate receives email to submit compliance documents
  • Recruitment team to upload relevant documentation to employee profile

Next stage?

  • Candidate moved to referee check request

 

5️⃣ Stage Six - Compliance Documents

Who is responsible?

  • Recruitment Team

What happens?

  • Candidate receives request for reference contacts
  • Recruitment team to conduct reference checks

Next stage?

  • Contract

 

7️⃣ Stage Seven - Employment Contract

Who is responsible?

  • Recruitment Team

What happens?

  • Candidate sent out completed employment contract to sign
  • Once completed contract has been returned, recruitment team to contact Campus and inform of start date and all completed documentation

Next stage?

  • Onboarding 

 

8️⃣ Stage Eight- Woodlander Begins Onboarding

Who is responsible?

  • Recruitment Team
