Woodlands Recruitment Plan
Strategies are in place to continue finding people who love education and whose values align with Woodlands Long Day Care & Kindergarten.
Tier 1: Organic applications and practical placement students - past, current and future.
- Open applications on the website. The link is easily sent to candidates wanting to apply. All potential candidates are referred to the Woodlands Careers page. Applicants can apply and select their preferred campus. Details are then kept in the Hubspot database for future opportunities.
