  • Respond to Parent Inquiries:

  • Promptly address parent inquiries received via email or phone, ensuring timely responses to queries regarding programs, enrollment, and policies.
  • Provide comprehensive and helpful responses, offering detailed information to address parents' concerns and inquiries effectively.

  • Proactively follow up on parent inquiries to ensure all questions are fully addressed and resolved.

  • Re-Engagement with Enrolled Families:

  • Following the official start date, re-engage with enrolled families in a timely manner to provide ongoing support and assistance.
  • Foster a supportive and informed environment for families throughout their child's enrollment, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

  • Complete Enrollment Process:

  • Guide families through the entire enrollment process, assisting them with paperwork, documentation, and any necessary forms.
  • Offer personalized support to families, ensuring all enrollment requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

  • Provide Supportive Assistance:

  • Maintain a helpful, supportive, and professional demeanor when interacting with families, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to address families' needs and concerns, fostering positive relationships and trust.

  • Demonstrate and Teach App Usage:
  • Educate families on the effective use of the Xplor Home app, providing demonstrations and instructions to maximize its features.
  • Ensure families are proficient in using the app to stay connected and engaged with their child's activities and progress.

  • Follow Up on External Leads:

  • Actively pursue leads generated from external sources such as CareforKids, Toddle, and all Online Directories.
  • Follow up with potential families to address inquiries, provide information, and facilitate enrollment processes effectively.

  • Effective Time Management:

  • Plan day-to-day activities based on inquiries and scheduled appointments to manage time efficiently.
  • Ensure prompt responses and timely follow-ups to maintain effective communication with families and stakeholders.

  • Collaboration with Campus Managers:

  • Coordinate with campus managers to ensure a seamless transition for families from enrollment to the commencement of care.
  • Address logistical or administrative needs collaboratively to enhance the enrollment experience for families.

  • Update Availability Information:

  • Regularly update center and room availabilities to accurately reflect current enrollment status.
  • Provide transparency and clarity for prospective families by ensuring availability information is up-to-date and accessible.

  • Management of Pending List:

  • Maintain a "pending list" for cases where immediate availability is not present or for future enrollment opportunities.
  • Keep organized records and facilitate proactive communication with families on the list to ensure their needs are addressed effectively.

  • Scheduling and Management of Appointments:

  • Schedule and manage tour and orientation appointments for prospective families, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Showcase the Campuses offerings and values during engements to leave a lasting impression on potential families.

Child Care Subsidy Assistance:

  • Educate families on the intricacies of the Child Care Subsidy Scheme, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of its benefits, requirements, and their obligations.
  • Provide families with helpful information and resources to navigate the Child Care Subsidy system effectively, including guidance on how to maintain their CCS Child Care Subsidy at Woodlands.
  • Offer personalized support to families, assisting them in completing necessary paperwork, verifying eligibility criteria, and ensuring compliance with subsidy regulations.
  • Continuously update families on any changes or updates to the Child Care Subsidy Scheme, ensuring they remain informed and empowered to maximize their entitlements.

Assistance with New Woodlands Campus:

  • Collaborate closely with the team at the newly opened Woodlands Campus to facilitate a smooth and efficient bulk enrollment process.
  • Coordinate the booking of tours for prospective families, ensuring availability and providing comprehensive information about the campus facilities and programs.
  • Assist families throughout the enrollment journey, from sending out enrollment forms to providing guidance on completion and submission.
  • Support families in setting up their Child Care Subsidy arrangements, providing guidance on eligibility criteria, application processes, and required documentation.
  • Facilitate the setup of direct debit payments for enrolled families, ensuring a seamless and convenient payment process that aligns with their preferences and obligations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Woodlands Campus team and enrolled families, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of any enrollment-related queries or concerns.
