Qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in growth or operational role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through a range of product offerings (e.g. software, payments & value-added services)
- Experience reviewing and implementing protocols and processes to better the organization
- Strong desire to succeed, and ability to motivate
- Ability to deal effectively with all types of people and build and maintain successful relationships with key business contacts
- Excellent presentation skills
Job Title and Description:

While employed as a Head of Woodland Operations, the Employee's job description and duties are as follows:
Experience, Qualifications and Training
- Relevant qualifications in accordance with Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.
- Current first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma training with certification.
- Current Child Protection Training
- Current Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of current Education and Care Services National Regulations.
- Appropriate skills, knowledge and training in food safety and hygiene as required under the Food Safety Legislation.
- Commitment to further study to extend understanding of Early Childhood Education.
Position Objectives
- Maintain constant communication with Campus Management, Woodlands HQ Staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the entire organization of Woodlands Long Day Care
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizationβs internal capacity
- Manage all Woodlands Staff/Team expectations, as well as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and when necessary initiate disciplinary actions and processes
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
- Overseas all departments and provide guidance and leadership to
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
- Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant
- Oversee materials and inventory

- Ensure the Woodlands Long Day Care Campuses have the necessary tools, processes, and marketing to accomplish 95% Plus Campus Occupancy
- Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission
- Supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
- Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence
- Developing individual program budgets
- Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services Recruitment, Finance, Miantainace, IT, all Head Of Woodland Departments, and Campus Leaderships Teams through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Driving initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
- Review management strategies, marketing, and operational structures with Woodlands Director, Founder, and Owner Hamish Rotstein
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to Woodlands Director, Founder, and Owner Hamish Rotstein
Woodlands Key Performance Indicators
Woodlands Occupancy:
- Ensure the Woodlands Long Day Care Campuses have the necessary tools, processes, and marketing to accomplish 80% Plus Campus Occupancy
- Ensure the Woodland Campuses Leadership Teams have the best/method techniques to manage, support and provide the best education and services for children, parents, and the community
- Develop and implement processes and protocols to ensure the Woodland Campuses can reach and maintain 80% Occupancy
Woodlands Debts:
- Ensure the Woodlands Long Day Care Campuses have the necessary tools, processes, and to accomplish Under $10,000 Family Debts
- Ensure the Woodland Campuses Leadership Teams have the best/method techniques to manage and support a Woodland Campus with no more than $10,000 in Family Debts
- Develop and implement processes and protocols to ensure the Woodland Campuses can reach and maintain Family Debts, no more than $10,000 in Family Debts
